Item was dispatched quickly only fault was warehouse didn’t inform head office so there was a little confusion, otherwise great customer service and correspondents ,will definitely buy again,Jacket arrived in perfect condition.
This is a repair kit and it arrived very punctually, but it is far too early to say that it is a good repair kit!

Best price on line and very fast delivery - more information on country of origin would be useful, particularly since I try to avoid buying from China. Would definitely recommend Arcteryx Gamma for comfort and build quality - this is my fourth and final pair - two LT and two AR in different colours

Returns policy is expensive and laborious. Delivery was slow.Update: thanks to Ellis Brigham for goodwill gesture regarding slow delivery. I’d also advise customers though that you will need to print your own return label, and if it’s over a certain size (like my delivery parcel was), the advertised cost of delivery is £5.

I ordered a "battery kit" for a suunto watch....turns out its just a battery! Normally I would say the kit would include a new back and seal...but no....not happy to spend 8.00 on a battery when I could get a strip of 10 for 3.00...exactly the same make. When I complained they told me it came from suunto. ???????. REALLY? to send it back will cost me more but I can't exchange for a kit...because they're out of stock.?
Excellent service great communication and speedy delivery
Service was excellent - I had great advice from Giacomo Puelles at the Kensington High St store, who is always a pleasure to deal with. The top I ordered came in time for Christmas, even though I ordered it a little late.
